What I have is a question my watch

My phantom rose gold is not working, what could be the reason. What’s the battery life on this watch ,

If the watch is just not running, then you are correct in assuming it is the battery. The watch battery will usually last approximately 2-3 years, which is how long you've had the watch. It takes a very common watch battery '364' which any local jeweler should be able to replace for you. Please contact customer services if you have any problems!
