How Do I Earn Points?

Points are earned by registering an account, which will earn you 100 points. Once registered you will recieve notifications via email regarding your loyalty balance. You can always check your balance at the checkout page next to the discount box, this is where you redeem your loyalty points. Points are earned by;

1. Signing up to our newsletter on the homepage will earn you a massive 500 points, or $50

2. Any purchases over $100 excluding shipping, you earn 1 Point for every $1 spent

3. Reviewing a product on a product page

4. By entering your birthday under "My account"


Points can only be redeemed on future purchases only.


We will also offer bonus loyalty points from time to time, as well as adding in new ways to earn points, so look out for them!


How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points

Your points can be redeemed at the checkout, Next to the discount box a tick box appears prompting you to redeem your points, you can choose not to redeem points by unticking the box. The amount you can redeem is 250 points on any single order over $100 (excluding shipping)

Points can only be redeemed when using a credit/debit card or PayPal to process the payment. You cannot use points when checking out with Amazon Pay at this time.

Can My Points Be Used On Phone Orders?

No, points can only be earned and redeemed on online purchases.


Can My Points be Used In Conjunction With Other Discounts?

Yes, your points can be used for further discounts on catalog, magazine and other promotional offers. (Only on orders over $100 after discount and excluding shipping)


Are My Points Transferable?

No, points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.


Do My Points Expire?

Points earned from a purchase expire after 2 years from qualifying bonus. Points that are rewarded from other sources will usually expire within 100 days of being placed into the account.


I Need To Return An Item

Any returned items within our 30 day money back guarantee will result in your loyalty points being deducted from your account and your original loyalty points credited back, once the return has been processed.
