Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our on-line catalog, and simply add what you like to your basket to place an order. Alternatively, call our toll free Sales team on 1-800-733-8463, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they will gladly be of assistance.
We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and installments paid with Klarna or Pay With Four. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars from your own currency. Our website uses address verification software for all card transactions. If your card does not support this service we are not responsible for the failure of the payment.
Payment is normally taken just before shipping the order, and may occur in advance within a reasonable timeframe to expedite the processing of your order.
If paying in installments, please refer to Splitit's Terms & Conditions. Installments will always be charged on the due date regardless of order status or stock availability. For cancellations and returns, a refund will be issued for any debited transactions minus shipping & handling fees, and the hold removed from the remaing balance.
International pricing is determined based on the customer's shipping address. They vary due to taxes, cost structures, local market needs, currency exchange rates, tariffs and many other factors.
Shipping And Handling - Domestic
Shipping and handling are added automatically and will be charged at various amounts based on order value and destination. It’s important to be aware that for orders shipping outside of the USA tax and duty may be charged at the point of delivery. Any charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for preference returns.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address that does not meet our fraud and security checks. This includes but is not limited to hospitals, institutions, correctional facilities and hotels.
Deliveries may need a signature upon receipt. This is to ensure secure delivery to the destination address.
Shipping And Handling - International
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Timepieces International to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Timepieces Internationalmay delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
A five year unlimited movement warranty is given on all timepieces. A non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $29.95 is required for all warranty repairs. This fee covers shipment to and from our repair team, and then back to you.

To return an item it must be sent in its original packaging, complete and in saleable condition.
Products and/or jewelry cannot be sized or altered, nor watch links removed. If the product has been sized or altered, the product will not be accepted for an exchange or return. Personalized or engraved jewelry items may not be returned unless it is defective or not as ordered.
Items purchased that included an additional bonus gift, both the original item, and the bonus gift must be returned to receive a refund, or exchange.
If the product is not returned in its original packaging, a 20% administration fee may apply.
Earrings must be returned unworn and in the sealed package they arrive in. Worn items will be returned and no refund issued.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for preference returns.
If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a matching set, then you will be charged the full price for the item(s) that you keep, and the difference will be refunded.
E.g. A watch and ring set purchased for $299. The ring is returned for a refund and the watch is kept. The watch if purchased individually costs $199 so the refund is $100.
Timepieces International reserves the right to refuse credit, or exchange of any item returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to negligence, damage, and or abuse, and the customer will be notified. All documents included with the product must be returned. Any items that we cannot accept will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be issued within 28 days of the package being signed for by us, although usually they are issued much sooner.
Only one promotion code can be applied to an order at once. Promotion codes only apply to the items listed in the promotion. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion at any time, for any reason.
A maximum of 250 points can be redeemed on a single order. Loyalty points are only applicable to Timepieces International and have no monetary value. Timepieces reserves the right to remove this program without notice.
