The watch is beautiful, although on multiple occasions I have contacted Timepieces International for Instructions to adjust the band, and I have not received any responses.

My watch arrived with a broken watch band. I cannot get help returning from people there, only endless ads & offers & a few warnings about returning ontime. HELP!
