In 1947, American heiress Barbara Hutton commissioned Cartier to create a necklace tiara featuring seven exquisite greens from the collection of Grand Duchess Vladimir. The million dollars she paid all those years ago was an absolute king's ransom and made headlines across the globe. She sold the greens in the 1960's and they were scattered across the globe, whereabouts now unknown. Our Hutton Collection is inspired by these priceless gems.
